Jill’s Obituary Jill I. Mager, age 64, a longtime resident of Ingleside, IL and Cornucopia, WI, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at first morning light at her cabin in Cornucopia. She was born April 2, 1955, in, Chicago, IL, the daughter of LeRoy and Irene (Koval) Kosinski. On June 23, 1973, she married Bob Mager, in Rolling Meadows, IL. Jill worked for Unocal Oil Company, in Schaumburg, IL, for several years. She and her husband built their family homes, in Ingleside, IL. She enjoyed gardening, kayaking, sailing, crafts, and she was very creative. Jill influenced many in her life and was generous with both her spirit and time. Her favorite place was the family cabin. Hugging her grandson, Seth, brought her indescribable joy. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Bob Mager; sons, Kenny and Zak Mager; a grandson, Seth; a sister, Laura (James) Zorn; father-in-law, George Mager; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Helen (Nelson) Moy, Gary (Geri) Mager, Tom (Peg) Mager, Georgiann (Don) Matthew, Kathy (Vince Rizzo) Gilly, Arlene (Tom) Halverson, Barb (Virgil) Taylor, Mary (Shawn) Geegan, Tina (Marty) Anderson, Karen (Sal) Geraci, and Frank (Patty) Mager; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her mother-in-law, Elaine Mager. In lieu of flowers, those who desire may make memorial donations in memory of Jill in c/o: Bob Mager, General Delivery, Cornucopia, WI 54827. Arrangements are by the Bratley Funeral Home, in Washburn.
