Jerry, age 74, peacefully passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2019 in Hammond, La. He was known as a very kind and sweet soul who was willing to help anyone in need. Jerry enjoyed being outdoors, tending to his yard and he loved to work in any fashion. He was a simple man as well as a great father, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him and will be missed dearly. He leaves behind his former wife, Betty Bossier; son, Jerry Gaudet Jr; sister, Beverly Petrolia and husband Melvin; and a niece, Joy Petrolia. Preceding him in death are his parents, Felix and Thelma Gaudet; as well as twin sisters, Trudy Hebert and Judy Madere.
