Jerry Lee “PA” Adams, 82 of El Dorado, AR passed away Sunday, July 21, 2019 in El Dorado. Jerry was born December 21, 1936 in Reader, AR to the union of Rueben Adams and Alma Waggoner Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jimmy Adams. Jerry worked as produce manager for Safeway and for West Gate Guard at Lion Oil Co for many years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the National Guard, and attended Ebenezer Baptist Church. Jerry loved telling stories of times gone by and taking his dogs for rides and walking with Sally “Granny” in the woods, and getting “a biscuit” from Andy’s, he was an avid gardener. Survivors include his wife, Sally Bowden Adams, one daughter, Tammye Adams, one son, Greg Adams and wife Billie, five grandchildren, Nick Adams, Cody Adams, Jonathan Hudson, Kadence Hudson, and Braxton Hudson, numerous nieces and nephews and his furbabies, Sugar and Bella. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 24,2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home.
