Janet T. “Resse”‘s Obituary Janet Teresa “Resse” Capps, 56, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Conway Medical Center. She was born March 4, 1963 in Marion County, a daughter of J. D. and Flora Nobles Jackson. Mrs. Capps was preceded in death by her son, John Capps. Resse was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who enjoyed painting. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Capps is survived by her husband, James “Earl” Capps; a son, Michael Wayne Capps; stepchildren, James Barney Capps, James Lamar “Buddy” Capps (Angie), Danny Joe Capps and Jessica Lee Jordan (Dink) ; siblings, David Jackson, Alan Jackson and Sharon Watts; eight grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.
