Obituary James Lewis Fugate, age 71, of Hazard, KY passed away on July 10, 2019 at the Hazard Medical Center. James was a United States Navy Veteran. He was born on June 08, 1948 to the late Wilbert Fugate and the late Beatrice Terrell Fugate. He is survived by one daughter: Nea White of Virginia Beach; two sisters: Robyn Mize (JW Jones) of Hazard, KY & Lillie Diane Tarter of IN; one brother: James Porter Fugate of OH; two nephews: Jonathan Mize & Derrick Mize; one niece: Tiffany Mize Combs and one grandchild: Kayla White.
