Ivo Abel Passos, 65, passed away suddenly, on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at University Hospital in Newark. He was born in Espirito Santo, Brazil and came to the United Sates in March of 2013 and resided in the Ironbound Section of Newark. Ivo was a cook for the House of Soup Restaurant in Newark. Devoted son of Abel and Tita Soares Passos; beloved husband of Senilda Netto Passos; devoted and loving father of Swerla Netto Passos, Samira Netto Passos and Breno Passos Caetano; also survived by 2 brothers and 4 sisters Visitation for Ivo will be held on Thursday, August 1st from 6 -8 pm at the Buyus Funeral Home 426 Lafayette St., at Wilson Ave Newark, NJ 07105. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend. Cremation Private.
