Obituary Isabelle Austin, age 96, of Woodbine St., Providence died July 27, 2019 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late Randolph Austin, Sr. She was born in East Providence, a daughter of the late Manuel Barros, Sr and the late Elvira (Lopes) Barros. She previously worked as a teacher’s aide for the Providence School Department.
