Funeral services for Mrs. Gloria Anne Pritchett Davis age 82 will be conducted Monday, July 8, 2019 at 1 pm in the Mt. Paran Central Church of God 2055 Mt. Paran Road, Atlanta, GA 30327, with Pastor Kent Hawkins officiating. A viewing will be held at Mt. Paran Church of God on Monday from 11 am until 1 pm. The family will receive friends here at Williams Funeral Home in Milledgeville on Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 6 pm until 8 pm. Mrs. Davis was a native of and had lived in Atlanta most of her life and lived in Milledgeville the past few years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She went back to School to become a nurse at age 50 and finished top of her class. She was predeceased by her husband, Mark Franklin Davis; parents, Paul Talmadge Pritchett and Lillian Esther Oxford Pritchett; and brothers, Frank, Bobby and Charles Pritchett. She was a long time member of Mt. Paran Church of God. Survivors include her daughters; Wanda Southerland (Larry Logan) and Dr. Cheryl (Dirk) Council; sons, Wayne (Vicki) Davis of Dallas, GA and Carl Davis of Canton, GA; sisters, Beverly Mitchell of Texas, and Sandra Gay of Roswell, GA; 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
