Glenn Hackney, 69, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 11:48 A.M. Monday July 22, 2019 at his home. He was born June 26, 1950 in New Jersey the son of Raymond Hackey. He married Terri Lynn (Milburn) Hackney. She survives. He is also survived by eight daughters, Delores Frazier of Hoopeston, IL, Alisha Oliver of Warsaw, IN, Andrea Prellis of South Carolina, Mellissa Higdon of Indiana, Audrey Hackney of Rankin, IL, Alexis Grimes (Austin Mincey) of Danville, IL, Brianna Mathis of Hoopeston, IL, and Shannon Bailey of New Jersey; three sons, Harry (Chris) Majewski of South Carolina, Leroy McNeal of Rushville, IL, and Michael Prellis of South Carolina; two brothers, Raymond (Jan) Hackney of Indiana and Paul Hackney of Tennessee; grandchildren, Patrick McGuire, Kyle Frazier, Kelsey Roach, Samantha Austin, Tyler Shaffer, Sydney Austin, Devin Austin, Brandon Sutton, Colton Sutton, Lauren Majewski, and Zach (Chelsea) Curry; great-grandchildren, Noah Lee Ray Mincey and Preston Ray King; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters; and two brothers. Glenn was a truck driver. He enjoyed spending time with his family and trucking.
