Garrett’s Obituary Garrett Walker, age 17, passed away on July 17, 2019. There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 5:00 pm at the Woodstock City Church. The family will receive friends at the church 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm prior to the service.
