Frank Omar Cresci Sr. stepped into heaven on July 27, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. Frank, son of the late Julio F. Cresci and Ida Fournier Cresci, was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on December 7, 1930. After serving in WWII in Germany in the Military Police, Frank married the love of his life, Patricia Corliss on December 29, 1956. Frank worked tirelessly in his family’s business as a Painting Contractor providing for his family for more than 50 years. Frank was a loving and devoted family man. He was a Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus and was even honored with “Family of the Year.” He was an excellent harmonica player and enjoyed music. TV westerns and playing with his grand and great-grandchildren. After raising their family in Providence, Frank and Pat moved to their current home in Cranston in the early 1990s. Here they enjoyed much time with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frank is survived by four children, Julio, Frank, Gail and Brenda; six grandchildren, Julio II, Katie, Courtney, David, Peter and Trisha; and seven great-grandchildren, Olivia, Judah, Simon, Nico, Dominic, Elijah and Julio III. Services are private.
