Frances Ann Newton (Edgington), 88, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on June 11, 2019. She was born in Danville, Illinois on December 28, 1930. Frances graduated from Henning High School and received Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul and spent her career teaching. She married the love of her life Ray Newton on July 30, 1955. She is survived by her loving husband Ray Newton; children Greg Newton (Elaine), Nancy Peavey (Kerry) and Todd Newton (Linda); grandchildren Renee Henry (Branden), Tricia Harris (Andy), A.J. Peavey (Kendra) and Amy Peavey; great-grandchildren Lilly Henry, Jack Henry, Ella Henry, Luke Henry, Trevor Harris, Abigail Harris, Scarlett Harris, Penelope Harris, Bryson Harris, and Truman Peavey. She is preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Helen Edgington (Pollitt) and her brother Gordon Edgington. Visitation: Saturday, June 15, 2019 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Guardian Memorial Chapel 5704 James Ave. Fort Worth, Texas 76134. Service to follow at 12:30pm. Burial: Monday, June 17, 2019 9:30 am at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway Dallas, Texas 75211.
