Fanny Pearl’s Obituary Fannie Pearl Manuel McGauley, 87 of Jesup died Saturday, July 20, 2019. She spent most of her life in Wayne County and was a member of Northside Baptist Church. The homemaker loved taking care of her family. She was predeceased by her husband, James Theron McGauley and a daughter, Linda Ward. Survivors are 5 daughters, Shirley (Richard) Walker of Hinesville, Betty Bouton, Brenda (Joseph) Westberry, Tammie (Richard) Graham, all of Jesup and JoAnn Ronfoe of Orlando, Fla.; 3 sons, James “Buddy” McGauley, Raymond (Dina) McGauley, both of Jesup and Travis (Alicia) McGauley of St. Augustine, Fla.; two brothers, Woodrow (Mary) Manuel of Jesup and Marvin Manuel of Charleston, SC; a sister, Eva Damon of Jacksonville, Fla.; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Northside Baptist Church with Rev. Revis Wasdin, Pastor Anthony Hipps and Rev. Keith Lairsey officiating. Entombment will follow in the Moody-Tillman Cemetery in Appling County. Active pallbearers will be her family. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
