Obituary Emily “Penny” Proffitt Hutchins Saltville, VA Emily “Penny” Proffitt Hutchins, age 75, passed away on Saturday July 20, 2019 at the Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Allison Gap First Church of God. Penny was a former member of the Saltville Town Council, a member of the Lions club, and she was also an Eastern Star. In her free time she enjoyed watching her game shows.
