Eileen’s Obituary Eileen Fields age 89 of Columbus passed away July 4, 2019 at her residence. She was born April 24, 1930 in Louisa, KY to the late Dave Al and Eliza Jane Hayes. She is survived by her children Michael (Vicky) Castle, Ricky Fields Shelly (Bruce) Tresemer and Linda (Buddy) Purdue, 5 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren and 3, great great grandchildren.
