Earl Lynn Knutsen passed away June 30, 2019. He was born October 13, 1948 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Lynn and Beverly (Corrigan) Knutsen. Earl attended Lutheran school, and graduated from Twin Falls High school with the class of 1966. After graduation he gladly joined the United States Marines. He served in Vietnam three tours and Japan twice. He was very proud to be a Marine. While in the Marines he married Beulah Kemper. After getting out of the Marines he went into law enforcement working in Burley. Earl and Beulah divorced. He then moved to the Hansen Police department with Ida Countryman and later worked for the Jerome Police department. Following his retirement from the Police department; he went to work for Walmart as a stocker. Earl is survived by his sisters Nita Knutson and Debbie (Gary) Torstenson both of Twin Falls, his stepdaughters Cindy and Kimberly; His nephew Jimmy (Terri) Snow and Braxton and Austen Snow; his good friend Steve Broadhurst and family. A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at the Farnsworth Mortuary on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on Earl’s memorial webpage at www.farnsworthmortuary.com
