Obituary Donald Earl Arbogast, 78, of Fairview Township, Lewisberry, PA died Friday, June 28, 2019, at UPMC Pinnacle West Shore Hospital. Born in Selinsgrove, PA on November 9, 1940, he was the son of the late Earl C. and Blanche (Walmer) Arbogast. He was a graduate of Selinsgrove High School where he lettered in football, basketball, and baseball.
