Donald E. Wigle, 73 of Greensburg, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at his home. He was born Saturday, July 6, 1946, in Mamont, the son of the late Donald E. and June M. Ayers Wigle, Sr. Donald graduated in 1965 from Washington Twp. High School. He was a member of the Saltsburg Presbyterian Church. Before his retirement, he worked for National Roll in Avonmore for 17 years as a preparation man and worked for Life Stat in Saltsburg for 7 years. Donald was a United States Airforce Veteran having served in the Vietnam War and continued to serve in the Army Reserves for 8 years in the 99th Arcom. He is survived by his wife, Linda Dick Wigle, a son, Brian E. Wigle, of Greensburg, and 3 grandchildren, Megan Ann Wigle (Andrew Watt), Alexander Joshua Wigle and Benjamin Dylan Wigle, a great grandson, Damien, a daughter-in-law, Terry Lynn Wigle, a sister, Donna Elwood and her husband, Lewis, of Titusville, Florida, 3 brothers, Paul Wigle and his wife, Sandy, of Poke Run, James Wigle and his wife, Ava, of Avonmore and John Wigle of Waldorf, Maryland and numerous nieces and nephews. At his request, all funeral home arrangements were private.
