Donald D. Cox, 71, of Solsberry, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Born November 29, 1947 in Solsberry, he was the son of Russell Robert and Martha Louise (Royal) Cox. Donald worked in construction. Surviving relatives include: one brother, Robert Cox (Millie); two sisters, Kathy Arthur and Helen Murley (Rick); and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Anita Hamlin. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2019 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove cemetery in rural Bloomfield. Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday and 1 hour prior to services on Monday at the funeral home.
