Dolly’s Obituary Dolly Joyce (Cornman) Crooks, age 89 of Home, died Friday, July 19, 2019 at St. Andrew’s Village, Indiana. She was born in 1930 in North Point to Joseph and Clara B. Brink Cornman. Mrs. Crooks was a member of the Old Mahoning Baptist Church and the Ladies Missionary Society. Dolly was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren, reading, quilting and needlework. She is survived by three children – Gail Patterson-ton and husband Jack, Home; Allen Crooks and wife Bonnie, Home; Susan Crooks, Home; five grandchildren – Mark Patterson and wife Maria, Eric Patterson and wife Shelley, Joshua Patterson and fiancée Tabitha, Bob Crooks and wife Jody, and Erin Barthel; 10 great grandchildren; two great great grandsons; two sisters – Mary Sink, Home; Clara “Sis” Wells, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Crooks in 2010, her son-in-law Andrew G. Patterson, her great grandson Andrew B. Patterson and the following siblings, David, Clifford, Wayne, Eugene, and Roy Cornman, Freda Weaver and Maxine Weaver. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the Old Mahoning Baptist Church, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. with the Rev Micah McMillen officiating. Interment will be made in the Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Child Evangelism Fellowship, P.O. Box 403, Indiana, PA 15701.
