Dennis Harold Phillips, age 61, of Cave Spring, passed away Sunday July 28, 2019 in a local hospital. Dennis was born May 28, 1958, in Muskegan, Michigan, a son of Wilma Jean Benson Faulkner, and the late Harold Phillips. Survivors include his wife. Glenda Smothers Phillips, mother, Wilma Jean Faulkner, sons, Dennis Harold (Charlene) Phillips, II; Christopher (Kayla) Phillips; daughter, Janey Shar (Joshua) Phillips; brothers, Allen Phillips, Tim (Donna) Phillips, Tony Phillips, sisters, Cyndi (Steve) Coulter, Charlene (Don) Pitre, Tina (David) Heiss, Brenda Stewart; grandchildren, Madison Phillips, Mackenzie Willis, Christian Hall, Andrew Massey, Jacob Franks, Christopher Phillips, Collen Phillips, Gracie Phillips, Malissa Phillips, Elijah Phillips, son in law, Travis Willis. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday August 2, 2019 at Little Creek Baptist Church, with Revs. Frank, and Verna Towe, officiating. The family will have a family gathering after the service, at 46 East Dr. Rome, Ga. 30165. Parnick Jennings, Sr.’s Good Shepherd Funeral Home 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165 has charge of arrangements.
