Deanna L. (Tompkins) Knoppel, 48, of White Hall, MD, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 27th, 2019, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD. She was the wife of Adam C. Knoppel for 21 years. Born November 3, 1970, she was the daughter of Darlene (Hartney) Tompkins of Fawn Grove and the late Donald Tompkins. She was a 1988 graduate of Kennard Dale High School. She spent most of her career in the medical field and will be lovingly remembered for her significant artistic talents. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by one daughter, Madison Alexsis Knoppel of White Hall, MD, and one brother, Daniel Tompkins of Delta. There will be a visitation on Friday, August 2, 2019, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main Street, Stewartstown, with a funeral service beginning at 12 noon. Interment will be in Fawn Grove Cemetery, Fawn Grove. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Deanna L.
