ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA – David Ernest Cavaletto, age 49, of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019. He was born in Greenfield on December 11, 1969 to Ernest J. Cavaletto and Irma J. Greene. He graduated from Greenfield-Central High School in 1988. He worked for Target in the sales department. He is survived by his mother, Irma Greene of Greenfield; and siblings, Marsha Isaacs of Tennessee, Sheri Heck of Morristown, Michael (Amanda Speedy-Cavaletto) Cavaletto of Greenwood, James Cavaletto of Greenfield, William Cavaletto of Arlington, and Joyanna Lash-Cavaletto of Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Cavaletto; and sister-in-law, Susan Cavaletto. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 2:00 p.m. Father John M. Hall will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 or envelopes will be available at the mortuary.
