Darlene E. Apfel, 55 of Camp Hill passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Darlene was born on January 21, 1964 in Harrisburg, PA., and was a daughter to the late Richard E. Mitchell and Saundra L. Lutz. She was a Navy Spouse and a great cookie maker. She met and later married Curtis S. Apfel and were married for 28 years. Surviving are her husband, Curtis S. Apfel, a son, Quinn S. Apfel, brothers, Vincent P. Mitchell, Scott Mitchell, sisters, Luann Reese, Kelly I. Mitchell, and a granddaughter, Emma Apfel. Services will be private.
