Frist Funeral Home Danny Joe Price, 51, of Clinton, passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 28, 2019 at his residence. He was born January 14, 1968, to Kenny Price, Sr. and Beverly Kelsheimer Downing. He had worked at Wright’s Trash Service, the Daily Clintonian, and Allied Barton Security. He was preceded in death by his biological father, Kenny Price, Sr; grandparents Jasper and Vera Price, Thomas and Edith Kelsheimer, and Oscar and Nellie Downing; aunt Donna Kelsheimer; and great-nephew Copelan Price. Danny is survived by his parents, James and Beverly Downing; siblings, Jeff (Christina) Price, Jimmy (Crystal) Downing, Mike (Sherrie) Downing, Roger (Cheryl) Downing, Kenna Price, Kenneth Price Jr., Amy Price, Chris Price, and Crista Price; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. No services will be held. Cremation was chosen. Arrangements were entrusted to Frist Funeral Home.
