Dale Cleveland McCloud, 65, of Westminster, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born on October 31, 1953 in England, he was the son of the late Franklin Jennings and Margaret Hall McCloud. Dale was the loving husband of Patricia L. McCloud, his wife of 32 years. Dale was an attorney before retiring and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
