Cleo’s Obituary Cleo Skaggs, age 80, of Desloge passed away July 7, 2019 at NHC Health Care. He was born December 20, 1938 to the late Willard and Neosia (Jennings) Skaggs in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Cleo proudly served our country in The United States Army. Cleo loved to fish, watch baseball and football, and work on just about anything that would not work. He will forever be remembered as a jokester. In addition to his parents, Cleo was preceded in death by his son, James Skaggs; brothers, Charles Skaggs, and Orville Skaggs; sisters, Alma Lee Pettus and Catherine Davis. Cleo is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Talley) Skaggs; daughter, Stacy Aubuchon; mother of his children, Barbara Boyster; stepsons, Danny, Ryan, and Brian Schultz; thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral home in Bonne Terre on Thursday July 11, 2019 from 10:00 am until service time of 12:00 pm with Rev. Randy Murphy officiating.
