Clara Arlean McAdams was born June 18, 1937 in Monroe, Louisiana to parents Johnny and Earline Donaldson. She passed away July 27, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. She married Bobby Dent McAdams on September 3, 1958. During their life together, they raised three children, Diane, Garry and Ronny. She was a housewife that took care of the house and kids while Bobby worked to provide for the family. Clara was a dedicated grandmother that welcomed her grandkids with open arms. She never met a stranger and is remembered for her positive outlook of life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Dent McAdams; son Gary McAdams and daughter Diane Chappell. Left to cherish her memory are her loving son, Ronny McAdams and wife Jan; Her loving grandchildren, Melissa Grissett and husband Michael, Bryan Chappell, Amanda Platt and husband Rusty, Ashley Campbell and husband Cory, Kyle McAdams and wife Lindsey. Great grandchildren, Colton, Madyson, Ellie, Dawson, Gentry, Charlie, Paxton, Chloe, Carson, Brantlen and Blayton. Also a special friend Cassidy Warren. Visitation will be 5-7pm Monday, July 29, 2019 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Graveside funeral service will be 10am Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Mt.
