Christopher W. Bliss, 26, of Franklin, PA. , died July 1, 2019 at his home. Born Sept. 13, 1992 in Wellsboro, PA., he was the son of Jeffrey D. Bliss & Heather J. Starke Crowell. Chris attended schools in Grove City, PA. He had served in the United States Army National Guard. Chris had worked on Oil Rigs. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He sang in a barbershop quartet several years ago and most recently enjoyed singing at open mic nights at the Red Bandana Winery in Franklin. Chis was a member of the Franklin Moose Lodge and enjoyed playing pool in the Franklin Pool League. He is survived by his father and step mother Jeffrey D. Bliss & his wife Virginia of Polk his mother and step father Heather Crowell & her husband William of Muncy his son Theodore Bliss and Theodore’s mother Jynara. A sister Elizabeth Bliss of Williamsport a step brother Patrick Harris of Wheatland a step sister Juli Ann Labor of Slippery Rock maternal grandmother June Starke of Arundel, MD paternal grandfather Melvin Bliss & his wife Rose of Mt Joy, PA. Paternal grandmother Susan Hurley of Westfield, PA. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Norman Starke and his step grandmother Joann Bollinger A Memorial Service will be held at the Franklin Moose Lodge.
