Obituary Clinchburg, VA Charles William “C.W.” Rector, age 78, passed away Friday July 5, 2019 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. He was a lifelong resident of the Clinchburg Community in Meadowview, VA. Mr. Rector was a professional educator for 40 years of Washington County Schools, serving as an elementary school principal at Liberty Hall, Rhea Valley, and Meadowview elementary schools and influenced the lives of children in many wonderful ways.
