Catherine Hoyle’s Obituary Catherine Hoyle Shrodes, 53, of Woodstock, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019. A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 pm, July 27 at The Catholic Church of the Transfiguration with the Reverend Brian McNavish officiating. Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens. Catherine spent many hours volunteering with the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary and other charities throughout the years, in which she loved. She was a member of the Catholic Church of the Transfiguration in Marietta. The thing she loved best was being Nana to her bonus children and grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Kevin Shrodes, Sr.; her parents, Lawrence and Mary Jo Hoyle; bonus children, Samantha (Greg) Welch, Alexandria (George) Murr, Kevin (Ashley) Shrodes, Jr.; (3) grandchildren, Madison Welch, Skylar Welch, Jillian Welch; (2) nieces, Danielle Hoyle, Cameron Hoyle; brother, Joe (Susie Ellis-) Hoyle.
