Carol’s Obituary Carol Lutz-Condit, 73, of Medford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 25, 2019, surrounded by her family. Born in Springfield, PA, Carol resided in Medford for 40 years. She was a former manager at a local bank in Medford, and a member of the Medford Library Association. She was a caregiver for Personally Yours Senior Support Services. Carol loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Paul R. Condit; two children, Demry (nee Lutz) Hardesty (William), and Bob Lutz (BethAnn); five brothers, Paul Thomas Fraatz (Ronnie), Jim Fraatz (Peg), Don Fraatz (Mary), Ron Fraatz (Carol), and Rick Fraatz (Janet), her sister, Teri Privett (David); five grandchildren, Dylan and Kelsey Hardesty, Brennan, Jillian and Andi Lutz; and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday, August 1, 2019, from 10-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. Funeral services will follow at 11AM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
