Carleen Swindell Beard, 73, of Newberry, died Friday, July 19, 2019 at her residence on Nance Street. Carleen was born in Newberry on April 8, 1946, the daughter of the late Carlos Andrew Swindell and the late Ernestine Swindell Riddle. She grew up in Newberry graduating from Newberry High School.
