Callie Wilson, 75, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital Fort Wayne. She was born in Berwind, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Annie Perry. Callie graduated from Central High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She retired from Indiana State Developmental Center after serving forty-four years. She was an active member of Southern Heights Baptist Church.Callie is survived by her loving husband of fifty-four years, Samuel Wilson, her daughters; Shirbrina Wilson and Sharon Mayes, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana, her son; Nathan (Rosalind) Wilson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Vasco (Trina) Williams, III of Olathe, Kansas and Eric Williams of Cincinnati, Ohio, a sister; Elizabeth O. Wisdom of Fort Wayne, Indiana, her seven grandchildren; Sherrick W. Smith of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Amber M. Wilson of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Asia M. Smith of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Allison (Tyree) Miller of Killeen, Texas, Destiny B. Wilson, Nathan D. Wilson, Jr., and Raven Wilson of Cincinnati, Ohio; five great-grandchildren along with a host of nephews and nieces.Callie was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey A. Wilson, a brother; John A. Perry, and two sisters; Maggie L. Perry-Blackmon and Mary J. Worth.
