Barbara Noe Bruce, 54 of Cawood, KY passed away Saturday morning of July 6, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center following a short illness. Barbara was born January 31, 1965 to the late Milt & Wanda Noe. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Rick and Milton Wayne Noe. She is survived by her husband, Walter Bruce of Cawood; 2 children, Kenny Perkins of Cawood and Bridgett (BJ) Blevins of Evarts, KY; 1 brother, Ken Noe; 4 sisters, Sheila Noe Hensley of Cranks, Elaine Noe Prater and Kathy Hennessey of Michigan, and Veronica “Babe” Noe of Smith; 2 grand babies that she adored, Dylan and Ethan of Evarts; a special girl Abianna Engle of Kansas; she leaves a host of other relatives and friends. Family & Friends will gather from 5 until 9, Wednesday July 10, 2019 at the Cawood Church of God Mountain Assembly. Services & Music will be at 7:00 pm with Rev. Franklin Stewart officiating.
