Arthur’s Obituary Arthur A. LaValley, Sr. age 96, of Westport, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019 at home with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of the late Jeannette (Desmarais) LaValley. Arthur was born in Swansea, he was the son of the late Adelard and Yvonne (Berube) LaValley. Arthur served in the US Army and fort in the WWII. He was a house painter and many other things. Hel oved being with his family, he enjoyed going to Florida, shooting pool and playing cards. Arthur is survived by four sons Paul Fralic of Westport, Arthur LaValley, Jr. of Florida, Gene LaValley of East, Providence and Raymond LaValley of Fall River, fifteen grandchild and twenty great-grandchildren. He also was the father of the late William Desmarais. Arthur ’s funeral will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 9:00AM from the BOULE FUNERAL HOME, 615 Broadway, Fall River, MA, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, 569 Sanford Rd, Westport, MA Interment will be private in Mass National Cemetery.
