ARLENE (SILER) PEPKE Arlene Pepke, age 82, died on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 in Lawson Nursing Home. She was born on May 1, 1937 in the area of Large, Jefferson Borough, Pennsylvania, called “the Patch”. Arlene Mae Siler was the only child of Arthur and Ann (Basich) Siler. She worked many years at Three Rivers Bank as a money counter and later for the West Jefferson Hills School District as a custodian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Thomas Pepke on March 19, 1994 and a daughter, Ann Marie Lection on May 25, 1998. Arlene is survived by her daughter, Linda Pepke of Baldwin Borough in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her visitation will be on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 1 – 4 PM in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 in Large, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 10:30 AM in St. Thomas A’ Becket Catholic Church 139 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Arlene will be buried in Round Hill Cemetery by her husband and daughter.
