Alan Clifford Phillips, 73 of Lost Creek passed away on July 12, 2019 at Meadowview Manor. He was born July 12, 1946 in Elkins, WV, son of the late Clifford Dempsey and Wilda Berdine Hamrick Phillips. Alan was a graduate of Buckhannon Upshur High School. He worked as a laborer on the Assembly Line in Ohio for several years. He last delivered newspapers for the Inter-Mountain. His hobbies was reading, watching TV, and playing on the computer. He is survived by his brother, Gary Lee Phillips and wife Charlotte, Lost Creek; nieces and nephews, Laura L Kerns and Mike, Fairmont and their children, Emma and Hailey, Karen Phillips of Spelter and her children, Aiden and C.J., Gary Phillips II and fiancée Abby of Lost Creek and his daughter, Kelley; last surviving aunt is Mary Hamrick, Cleveland, OH and her son, Chris. Davis Funeral Home and Onsite Crematory is handling the arrangements for the Phillips family. Private inurnment will be at a later date.
