Virginia Ann Rylee – a longtime resident of Grand Bay, AL died Tuesday, June 18, 2019 in a local hospice facility after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Lynn Coxwell. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John Randall Rylee; one son, Paul (Rhonda) Rylee; eight siblings, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
