Steven’s Obituary Steven Byrum Carter, 66, of Myrtle Beach, formerly of Dobson, NC, died April 21, 2019 at McLeod Hospital in Florence, SC. Born in Rockingham, NC, he was the son of the late William Otis and Madeline (Vernon) Carter. Survivors include his son, Steven J. Carter; grandson, Jayce Carter; granddaughter, Nevaeh Carter; brother, Bill Carter and niece, Nanci Luculano. No formal services are scheduled at this time.
