He retired from Syracuse Developmental Center where he worked in maintenance. He loved family parties. He was predeceased by his brother Stanley and sister Priscilla. He is survived by his 7 children, Susan Sgarlata, Jeffrey Conger, Dennis Conger, Robert Conger, Michele (Howard) Clark, Janis (Mike) Braga & Jill Gomon; 14 grandchildren, Jason, Christopher, Kyle, Lyndsey, Jeffrey, Tony, Amber, Devin, Kelley, Josh, Dameon, Ian, Brennan & Ella; 7 great grandchildren, Jordan, Giselle, Christopher, Aiden, Dominick, Angelina & Mason; his sisters, Joyce Will & Gloria (David) Kreh; several nieces and nephews. Calling Hours Monday April 8 from 1 to 4 PM with a service to follow at 4 PM at Butler-Badman Funeral Home, Inc., 4504 W. Seneca Tpk. Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY or Francis House.
