Bobbie was born in McKinney, Texas on October 15, 1931 to her loving parents, Frank and Jennie Barrow. She was the last survivor of 12 children. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Douglas Inman Parks; son Howard D. Parks; daughter, Jennie L.
