Arvil David Hall, 78, of Oak Ridge, TN, passed away on April 21, 2019. He was born in Oliver Springs, TN to Claudine Hall Young and Raymond Henry on august 8, 1941. Arvil loved gardening and mowing lawns. He never met a stranger and was loved by all that had the privilege to know him. Arvil was preceded in death by his sisters, Dorothy Joe Benjamin and Gracie Walker, and by brother Eugene Young.
