Patsy’s Obituary Patsy A. Parnell, a resident of Chesbrough, LA, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at her home. She was born December 14, 1947 in Ponchatoula, LA and was 73 years of age. She is survived by her husband, Frank Parnell, Sr.; children, Amy Parnell, Amanda Parnell, John Parnell, Susan Richardson and husband Mike, Angela Johnson, Leah Martinez, Greg Parnell and Frank Parnell, Jr. and wife Cindy; grandchildren, Raven Quintanilla, Raymond Quintanilla, Annalicia Parnell, Emily Richardson, Patricia Babb, Heather Patterson, Robin Patterson, Robert Patterson, Jr., Jayden Parnell, Tabitha Hoffman, Justin Parnell, Shelby Newman, Tanner Parnell and Frank Bennett; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Perrilloux and husband Ralph. Preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Vernie Stubbs; brother, Elmer Dillon.
