Glenn’s Obituary Glenn Franklin Bowers, age 59, of Waynesboro, went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2021. The son of the late William Morgan Brown and Sylvia May Bowers was born on June 22, 1961 in Staunton, Va. Glenn was a friend to anyone he met. Before his illness, Glenn would help out others by doing yard work for them. He would do anything for anyone even if that meant giving his last dollar. In his younger years, Glenn received medals and awards for athletic swimming. He enjoyed teaching and riding bicycles as well. He always gave a helping hand. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Ann and Rebecca Lynn, one brother Jeffrey Landon Brown. His two best fur friends, Kazoo and Buck. Glenn is survived by the love his life, Debbie Barrett. His caretaker, best friend and sister Sandra Kay Barnett and husband, Michael Barnett. Two brothers Jay Hancock, Gary Wayne Brown.
