Obituary Daryl J. Harris, 81, of Vincennes, passed away December 17, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. Daryl was born April 18, 1940, in Bicknell In, the Daughter of Raymond and Frances (Tomson) Harris. Daryl graduated from Indiana State University with a Masters degree in Teaching and worked as a music and history teacher for the North Knox School Corporation. Daryl had a love of animals and was very devoted especially to cats. Daryl was a member of St Paul’s Lutheran Church and the Knox County Humane Society. Daryl is survived by a sister Kathy Dotson of Vincennes. She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Frances (Tomson) Harris. Memorial contributions may be made in Daryl’s memory to the Knox County Humane Society 405 Main Street Vincennes In 47591. Per Daryl’s Request she will be cremated and no services will be held. Arrangements were entrusted to the Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes Bicknell Chapel. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.fredrickandson.com.
