Obituary Rosemarie “Rosie” Mendoza, age 72, of East Chicago, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020 at home. Rosemarie is survived by her mother, Beatriz Mendoza; daughter, Angela (Sanjay) Anand; grandson, Reynaldo Anand; two sisters: Hortencia (Eugenio) Calderon and Maria Ojeda; brother, Ernesto (Chong) Mendoza; daughter-in-law, Sally (late Reynaldo) Mendoza; nieces and nephews: Shaun Cavazos, Eugene Calderon, Marcos Ojeda, Elena Romero, Orlando Mendoza, Alonzo Mendoza, Celina Peres, Joseph Mendoza, and Alicia Mendoza. Preceded in death by her father, Reynaldo Mendoza; and brothers: Jose Mendoza, Eduardo Mendoza and Reynaldo Mendoza, Jr. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 8:00 am until 11:00 am at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, Indiana; Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 am Saturday with Burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, Indiana.
