He was born September 25, 1924 in Vincennes, Indiana to Thomas and Gaynell Rasico. William served in World War II in the Photo Tech Squadron, 4th Reconnaissance. He attained the rank of Sergeant. After his Army service, William became a fire fighter in Kenosha, Wisconsin where he was the Fire Fighter of the Year in 1979. He taught first aid to special needs young adults, was a Sunday School teacher and held Bible studies at nursing homes. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Thomas, Robert and Earl; and his sister Betty. Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 58 years, Doris Rasico; sons, Jonathan, David, Michael, Jason and Aaron; daughters, Judy, Patti, Christine and Amy; 24 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Interment will be at Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory. Online condolences may be made at www.funeralmation.com.
