Age 65. Father of John F, Veasey, II (Shannon) of Rocklin, CA and Mark A. Veasey (Regina) of Pedricktown, NJ. Grandfather of John F. Veasey, III; Jared Veasey, Samuel Veasey, and Regina Sheets (Dylan). Brother of Marie Veasey, Soccora D’Achillo (Tom), Cindy Veasey, Annette Zolda (Jim), and Johnna Veasey. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Son of the late John F. and Marie F. (nee Serici) Veasey. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Walter lived in Atco and then numerous places before moving to Malaga 25 years ago. He was a truck driver for 40 years most recently for Frank J. Fazzio & Sons, Inc. in Pitman where he has worked for the past 10 years. Walter enjoyed fishing and riding his Harley, especially the numerous poker runs he participated in. He also liked to build models and play solitaire. Walter loved hanging out with family and friends, enjoyed watching football, especially the Eagles, and was the family handyman who would help anyone without question. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and state restrictions, services are private under the direction of the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME. A memorial service will be held at a later date when permissible.
