Toni’s Obituary Toni Marie Williams was born March 17, 1967 to the late Melzine Wright and Harvey Meriweather. She left this journey of life on March 25, 2020 at her residence. Toni was loved and cherished by many. She had a smile that would light up any room even through her pain. She never lost her smile. Toni enjoyed spending time with family, traveling and exploring. Her favorite experience was riding jet skis with her husband. Toni enjoyed spending her free time watching television. She also stayed faithful in her church. She was preceded in death by her mother Melzine Wright, father Harvey Meriweather, two brothers Johnnie Nelson and Lee Andrew Nelson, two sisters, Lillie Mae Johnson and Georgia Ann Wright-Davis. Toni leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 25 years Clayton Williams, one son Donald (Danielle) Hopkins, Jr., three daughters, Latisha Wright, Tamar and Makeshia Williams, three brothers, her twin Tyree Wright, Lonnie (Sharon) Weathersby and Ronnie Wright. Three sisters, Donna Wright, Melzine Wright, II and Alzine (Bubba) Wright-Hill, thirteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members. Services for Toni M. Williams will be held privately on Saturday April 4, 2020 in compliance with the CDC’s guidelines to prevent the spread of the Corona virus.
